Morning, assigned English Guide will come and pick you up at your hotel and starts sightseeing to Thanlyin (Syriam) city & Kyauktan city. The colonial town of Syriam was built by the British for its port and petroleum refinery plant. It is also a sub-urban town right a few miles away from Yangon. There are interesting sights and activities in both towns and along the way .The remaining old buildings still stand in the evidence of the days of Portuguese occupation. Visit to Kyaik Khauk Pagoda (golden stupa similar to the Shwe Dagon pagoda) which is built on a hillock on the road to Kyauk Tan. Then, visit to Kyauktan Yele Pagoda (pagoda in mid-stream built on a laterite reef). Pilgrims and visitors are ferried by boat across to the pagoda. One can feed shoals of long river catfish.
Lunch will be served at outside local restaurant.
On the way back to Yangon, visit National Races Village where you can see Myanmar's many different ethnicities. Traditional houses of the Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Bamar, Mon, Rakhine and Shan are staffed by people in native costume who sell local products and crafts. Return back to Yangon in the evening and transfer to your stay hotel.
