Tour Detail Itinerary

Day-1 Yangon Arrival (L/ D)

Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, a warm welcome by our assign local guide at the arrival hall. Then, transfer to the hotel and if the room is available, directly check in. (Please note that the international check in time is 2:00 pm.) Lunch will be served at outside local restaurant. After lunch, visit to the most well-known and very impressive 65 meters long and 16 meters high Chauk Htat Gyi Reclining Buddha image. Also visit to Myanmar’s most revered Shwedagon Pagoda - world famous Golden Stupa where the dome shapes rises 98 meters above its base. Be impressed at the richly layered exterior of the Pagoda which the people of Myanmar had pampered with 60 tons of pure gold. Dinner at outside local restaurant and overnight at the hotel in Yangon.

Day-2 Yangon - Sittwe (B/ L/ D)

Breakfast at the hotel. According to Yangon - Sittwe flight time, transfer to domestic airport to take the flight to Sittwe. Lunch will be served at outside local restaurant. (It is depending on the domestic flight time whether in Yangon or Sittwe). Visit Shwe Zedi Kyang (Golden Pagoda Monastery), which can be found near the central market. Also visit to Rakhine State cultural Museum, Mahacusala Monastery, and Buddhist Museum. Dinner at hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Sittwe.

Day-3 Sittwe - Mrauk U (B/ L/ D)

Early Morning, breakfast will be with packed box or assign guide will arrange to have breakfast. Visit the Fish Market. Then, transfer to Jetty to leave for boat trip along the Kalatan River to Mrauk U, the ancient Capital of Arakanese Kingdom, and an archaeologically important town in Rakhine State. On the way, enjoy the scenery along the river. According to the water level and its current flow, the duration of the boat trip may vary (4-5hr to 6-8hr accordingly). Arrive Mrauk U and check in hotel. Lunch will be served at simple local restaurant. In Mrauk U, there are hundreds of temples and pagodas form an awe-inspiring sight, whilst providing an experience quite unlike anything else. Among them, visiting some of the famous Pagodas and temples in Mrauk U. Visiting to Shittaung Pagoda, Andaw Thein Temple, Ratanabon Pagoda - tooth relic of the Buddha, Htauk Kan Thein- noted for the interesting stone sculptures, Laung Bwon Brauk Pagoda. Dinner at hotel and overnight at the hotel in Mrauk U.

Day-4 Chin Tribe Village (B/ L/ D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Early Morning, visit to some Chin ethnic minority villages. You can explore and get the opportunity to observe local traditional simple life of chin tribes’ in the village where some tattooed face old women live. Lunch will be with packed box en route. After visiting to Chin Tribe Villages, return back to Mrauk U. Visit Kothaung temple, one of the highlights of Mrauk U; the name refers to the 90,000 Buddha images that it is said to contain. Dinner at hotel and overnight at the hotel in Mrauk U.

Day-5 Mrauk U - Sittwe - Yangon (B/ L/ D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning, transfer to the jetty and take the return boat to Sittwe. According to the water level and its current flow, the duration of the boat trip may vary (4-5hr to 6-8hr accordingly).Lunch will be served at simple outside local restaurant. Then, take the return flgiht to Yangon. Dinner at outside local restaurant and overnight at the hotel in Yangon.

Day -6 Yangon Morning Visit ( Evening Departure Flight ) ( B/ L/ -)

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Bogyoke Market (also known as Scott Market) to browse and bargain freely among the hundreds of stalls for great souvenirs. (Please note that this market is closed on Mondays and gazette holidays).Then, visit city center landmark Sule Pagoda, Mahabandoola Park (The park's most notable feature is the Independence Monument), City Hall and downtown of Yangon with remarkable sites of Colonial Buildings. Lunch will be served at outside local restaurant. Finally, visit to Strand Jetty - the heart of the city surrounded by several old but significant colonial style buildings which allow you experience how the Europeans influenced Myanmar history and culture. In the evening, transfer to International Airport for your departure flight to your next destination.

DAY USE, EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT:

Day use room , early check in room (before the international check in time ) , and , late check room ( after the international check out time ) will be charged at 50% to 100% of one night stay rate depending on the requested hotels and subject to availability because of the hotel’s tight and high occupancy .

Note: In the rainy season, Chin tribe village excursion is subject to weather condition. If the weather is not permitted to go, we will arrange the visit around Mrauk U.
